Weight Lost and Self Esteem Raised With The Perfect Bride Workout!
I have worked with brides for many years now and no matter how good I know each of them looked they all felt like they needed to do more to look their best on their wedding day. Wedding planning can be stressful enough even without the stress of looking your best. The Perfect Weight Loss Challenge is a suggested physical and emotional workout list to help you feel and look your best for your wedding day. Use the physical workouts to make your own daily routine and use the emotional workouts to create a positive atmosphere as you focus on your goals.
1 Physical Workout: Triceps Dips.
Emotional: You need to write down the top ten things you like best about your body. Keep this list where you will see it everyday so you can focus on the positive things about your body and not the negative things.
2 Physical Workout: Pushups.
Emotional: Create a realistic goal sheet for where you want to be by your wedding day with muscle mass, weight loss, and so on. Great the list up into 5 to 10 milestones where you can reward yourself. Make a list of fun rewards to treat yourself to as you reach each goal. If you make food a part of your goal list choose health treats like smoothies.
3 Physical Workout: Squats
Emotional: Make a list of everything you are grateful for in life. Think about the person you are about to marry. They should be your everything and a major reason why you want to make yourself a better person. Keep this list visible so you have easy access to it on a stressful day.
4 Physical Workout: Bicep Curls
Emotional: Make a plan to do acts of kindness for others through your day. This will help you prepare to do endless acts of kindness for your future spouse. There is always peace that comes after you do something kind for someone else.
5 Physical Workout: Lunges
Emotional: Try working out outdoors or near natural beauty. Soak in the sunlight and inhale fresh air. If you don’t feel comfortable going to a public park you can workout in your backyard.
6 Physical Workout: Side Crunches
Emotional: Find time laugh and be with friends and family. Be with those you love and enjoy their company. Play some childish games or watch a funny movie. With the stress that comes from preparing for a wedding you need to find time to relax and have fun.
7 Physical Workout: Planks
Emotional: Write your wedding vows. These are immensely personal and they help you reflect on why you love your fiancé. Don’t rush the vows. Write then down as they come write from the heart.
8 Physical Workout: Kickbacks
Emotional: Work on a hobby or be creative. I hope you already know what you enjoy and if not then find a project you could work on for your wedding. Many brides make decorations for their reception or ceremony. Find something creative to do to get your mind going.
9 Physical Workout: Leg Lifts
Emotional: Get some alone time. It won’t do you any good to spend a lot of time alone, but who said you couldn’t go off and get a massage or have your nails done. Spend some time with yourself to reflect on things.
10 Physical Workout: Shoulder Presses
Emotional: Finally, celebrate! You are about to get married and spend the rest of your life with your love. Plan a party, reward yourself for your accomplishments, and move away form the single team with a bang.
Remember, you get out of your workout what you put into it. If you don’t want to participate fallen this program then you may not be satisfied with the results. If you have any question you can contacts us on our about us page.
